This Return, Refund & Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from Confettify Store ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Inventory issues

  • Incorrect pricing

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (depending on location)

  • Delivery times are estimates and NOT guaranteed

Dropshipping Disclosure

  • Products may be shipped from multiple international warehouses

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages

Delays

We are NOT responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or force majeure events

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

  • Some shipments may have limited tracking updates

3. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • If tracking shows "Delivered", the order is considered completed

  • We are NOT responsible for:

    • Stolen packages

    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Contacting the carrier for delivery issues

4. RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (if applicable)

Return Approval

  • All returns must be approved before shipping back

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Safe packaging of returned items

5. REFUNDS

Processing

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Original shipping fees

  • Handling fees (if applicable)

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds if items do not meet return conditions

  • Issue partial refunds when appropriate

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, OR

  • Issue a refund

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed

8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

  • Customers must contact us before filing disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to payment processors

  • Block future purchases

  • Pursue legal action if necessary

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount
